TERMS OF PURCHASE, CANCELLATION AND USE - Corte Spa - Corte delle Dolomiti<\/strong><\/p>\n


1. Purchase of services<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Access to Corte Spa and related services is via online purchase at www.cortespa.it<\/li>\n
  • Purchase is mandatory, subject to availability and binding.<\/li>\n
  • Payment is required in advance and-except for the specific gift voucher section-confirms the purchase of the service by selected date and time slot.<\/li>\n
  • Once the payment is completed, the purchase is considered finally confirmed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    2. Cancellation and refund policy<\/p>\n

      \n
    • Purchased services are non-refundable.<\/li>\n
    • There is no refund in case of cancellation of purchase, no-show, late arrival, partial use of service.<\/li>\n
    • You can only request a refund by canceling your reservation no later than 48 hours before the date and time
      booked. Beyond this deadline, the service is not refundable under any circumstances.<\/li>\n
    • Any date or time changes are at the discretion of management, subject to availability and not guaranteed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      3. Use of the purchased service<\/p>\n

        \n
      • Except for gift vouchers, the purchased service is only valid for: o the date, o the time slot, o the number of people indicated at the time of purchase.<\/li>\n
      • Access to the spa is allowed only during the selected time slot.<\/li>\n
      • The service is personal and non-transferable.<\/li>\n
      • In case of early exit or non-use of some areas or services, there is no refund or compensation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        4. Delays<\/p>\n

        • \u00a0In case of late arrival, access or treatment may be reduced according to the remaining time available.<\/li>\n
        • The service will still end at the originally scheduled time, with no reduction in price.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          5. Vouchers and gift certificates<\/p>\n

          • Vouchers and gift vouchers constitute purchasing securities.<\/li>\n
          • They have limited validity indicated at the time of purchase.<\/li>\n
          • Upon expiration, the voucher loses all value and is not refundable or extendable.<\/li>\n
          • Use of the voucher is subject to availability and requires advance reservation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            6. Spa access and health conditions<\/p>\n

            • Access to Corte Spa is allowed only to persons of legal age, unless otherwise specified.<\/li>\n
            • The client is required to disclose any relevant health conditions prior to access or treatment.<\/li>\n
            • Corte Spa disclaims any responsibility for effects resulting from undisclosed health conditions.<\/li>\n
            • For hygienic reasons, access to the saunas and steam room is possible only without a bathing suit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              7. Rules of conduct and responsibilities<\/p>\n

              • It is mandatory to follow the rules of behavior, hygiene and safety communicated by the staff.<\/li>\n
              • The facility is not liable for personal items not entrusted for safekeeping.
                Any damage done to facilities or equipment will be charged to the customer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                8. Changes and force majeure<\/p>\n

                • Corte Spa reserves the right to change schedules, routes, or temporarily restrict access to certain areas for technical, safety, or force majeure reasons, without any right to reimbursement.<\/li>\n
