What is Aufguss?
The Aufguss is much more than a simple steam throw: it is a sensory ritual led by the Sauna Master, which transforms the sauna stay into an intense and immersive experience. Through choreographed movements with the towel, the heat and aromas of essential oils are diffused throughout the room in a gradual, enveloping way. The body sweats, purifies, and the mind is set free, while music and rhythmic gestures create a unique atmosphere. Each Aufguss is different: it can be energizing, meditative, emotional, or deep. A moment to be experienced with presence, letting the heat and breath guide you.
