TERMS OF PURCHASE, CANCELLATION AND USE - Corte Spa - Corte delle Dolomiti

1. Purchase of services

• Access to Corte Spa and related services is via online purchase at www.cortespa.it
• Purchase is mandatory, subject to availability and binding.
• Payment is required in advance and-except for the specific gift voucher section-confirms the purchase of the service by selected date and time slot.
• Once the payment is completed, the purchase is considered finally confirmed.

2. Cancellation and refund policy

• Purchased services are non-refundable.
• There is no refund in case of cancellation of purchase, no-show, late arrival, partial use of service.
• You can only request a refund by canceling your reservation no later than 48 hours before the date and time
  booked. Beyond this deadline, the service is not refundable under any circumstances.
• Any date or time changes are at the discretion of management, subject to availability and not guaranteed.

3. Use of the purchased service

• Except for gift vouchers, the purchased service is only valid for: o the date, o the time slot, o the number of people indicated at the time of purchase.
• Access to the spa is allowed only during the selected time slot.
• The service is personal and non-transferable.
• In case of early exit or non-use of some areas or services, there is no refund or compensation.

4. Delays

•  In case of late arrival, access or treatment may be reduced according to the remaining time available.
• The service will still end at the originally scheduled time, with no reduction in price.

5. Vouchers and gift certificates

• Vouchers and gift vouchers constitute purchasing securities.
• They have limited validity indicated at the time of purchase.
• Upon expiration, the voucher loses all value and is not refundable or extendable.
• Use of the voucher is subject to availability and requires advance reservation.

6. Spa access and health conditions

• Access to Corte Spa is allowed only to persons of legal age, unless otherwise specified.
• The client is required to disclose any relevant health conditions prior to access or treatment.
• Corte Spa disclaims any responsibility for effects resulting from undisclosed health conditions.
• For hygienic reasons, access to the saunas and steam room is possible only without a bathing suit.

7. Rules of conduct and responsibilities

• It is mandatory to follow the rules of behavior, hygiene and safety communicated by the staff.
• The facility is not liable for personal items not entrusted for safekeeping.
  Any damage done to facilities or equipment will be charged to the customer.

8. Changes and force majeure

• Corte Spa reserves the right to change schedules, routes, or temporarily restrict access to certain areas for technical, safety, or force majeure reasons, without any right to reimbursement.
• The applicable conditions are those in effect at the time of purchase.
